The program didn't work properly and eventually I reached out to customer service and they told me to reinstall the program. That fixed the issue and I continued to use it. Suddenly I could no longer use the internet. I figured out that the culprit was Nord's antivirus protection blocking any browser usage. I immediately reached out and they told me a fix would come. In the meantime they told me to just turn off their antivirus protection and continue to use my devices as normal. I asked for an ETA or to be notified when and they refused citing that they don't want to annoy their customers. They instructed me to periodically check if it had been fixed. That's unacceptable, especially for a security program. I asked for a refund and they refused saying I was 3 days outside of my 30-day window.Īfter 9 days I reached out again. They gave me incorrect advice showing they didn't even know what plan I was on. They told me to reinstall AGAIN, which didn't fix the issue.
